Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
  • To qualify, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
  • In some cases, a return shipping fee may apply.
  • All returns are subject to approval by our team before being accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us on our contact page. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Please note: non-defective items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please reach out to us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Need a different item? The fastest solution is to return your original product (unopened and in its original packaging) and then place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

We work with trusted shipping partners to deliver your order. However, once an order leaves our warehouse, shipping delays or issues are outside of our direct control. We appreciate your understanding.
